What data is collected
Only what you enter in the booking request: name, phone number, email (optional), type of consultation and availability. The form does not ask for clinical information.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to respond to your request and schedule the consultation, on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores booking requests on behalf of the practice and may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. The server logs technical access data (IP address, date, page requested) for security reasons.
Retention
Requests are deleted from the form once handled and are not used for any other purpose, including marketing communications.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or withdraw your consent, using the email above, and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, traffic analytics or advertising. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. Links to external services (Google Maps, YouTube, press) only contact them if you open them.
